Breakfast!

Juice of cabbage, spinach, parsley, lemon and apple with quinoa, yogurt, and berries.


Dinner!

Tilapia in garlic butter sauce and roasted broccoli with parmesan.

  2. It definitely has a positive impact on food choices when you know you are going to photograph your meals. I, um, failed to photograph the potato chips and wine I had in the evening, and when I said the quinoa was breakfast, it was actually lunch because I didn't eat until 1:00 PM. Still, replacing a couple of meals with healthy choices is great progress for me.
