Wow, the idea of photographing food is a great one! I may do this for a day and shock us all with what I eat. :)
It definitely has a positive impact on food choices when you know you are going to photograph your meals. I, um, failed to photograph the potato chips and wine I had in the evening, and when I said the quinoa was breakfast, it was actually lunch because I didn't eat until 1:00 PM. Still, replacing a couple of meals with healthy choices is great progress for me.
That looks delicious as well as healthy, Siddaleah! And even one portion of fruit or veg is better than none, so good for you :D
